Turnkey propellant manufacturing solutions
D&M offers several variations of Single Base Extruded Propellant Production Plants, each producing a variety of products and chemistry per customer requirements. Single Base Extruded Propellants are used for a wide variety of products from artillery ammunition and mortar bombs to small and medium caliber ammunition in both NATO and or Russian Standards.
D&M also offers several variations of Double Base and Triple Base Propellant Production Plants, each producing a variety of products and chemistry per customer requirements. Double Base Spherical propellants are generally used for various small caliber ammunition from 9mm to 12.7mm in NATO and or Russian Standards, as well as Medium Caliber ammunition and Mortar bombs.

Railway Motion Control Unit (RMCU)
The Inertial Labs RMCU utilizes three 3-axes, each precision MEMS accelerometer, miniature Fluxgate magnetometers, and MEMS gyroscopes, to provide accurate heading, pitch, and roll of the device under the measure. The integration of gyroscopes’ output provides high-frequency, real-time measurement of the device rotation for all three rotational axes. Accelerometers and Fluxgate magnetometers measure absolute and very accurately in static and dynamic conditions, such as pitch, roll, and heading/Azimuth at RMCU initial alignment, and provide ongoing corrections to gyroscopes during operation.

The PVS-31C-4B is a high-performance dual-tube image intensification system designed to provide dismounted operators with reliable visual capability in low-light and no-light environments. The system combines high-performance image intensification with a rugged aluminum architecture, flexible power options, integrated IR capability, and compatibility with modern helmet-mounted accessories and thermal/augmented-vision solutions.
Beyond performance at the individual-device level, the PVS-31C-4B provides a mature, proven alternative for organizations seeking scalable access to high-performance binocular night vision without dependence on a single national supply chain. As a Canadian-made, ITAR-free system, GSCI can support allied and partner requirements with responsive OEM manufacturing, configuration flexibility, and direct export from Canada.

Inertial Measurement Units (IMU)
The IMU-P and Kernel are calibrated within their operating temperature range to achieve maximum end-user usability. This also ensures tactical grade performance regardless of the environment in which it is used.
These IMUs are a cost-effective ITAR-free solution for systems that may have previously only used Fiber-Optic Gyroscopes (FOGs) as the primary solution. Using extensive calibration methods and a robust Kalman Filter, Inertial Labs developed the IMU-P and the Kernel product lines to compete in performance with many FOG units on the market.
