Terms and Conditions of Use

 

These are the terms and conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) governing your participation in the SOURCEHERE Platform (“SOURCEHERE” or the “Platform”).

By registering for, or logging into the Platform, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement between Online Expos, LLC (“OEX” or “we/us”) and yourself (“User” or “you”). If you are registering on behalf of another person, you are fully responsible to ensure the person participating is aware of these Terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of someone else you are warranting that you have made the User aware of our Terms and the person has accepted these Terms explicitly.

1 User Requirements

1.1 Access: Your registration entitles you to participate in the Platform for the duration specified in your registration.

1.2 Platform Content: You acknowledge and agree that OEX, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Platform, including but not limited to, the Platform name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.

1.3 OEX may change the visual and graphic style and/or the Platform configuration at its sole discretion.

1.4 You must be at least 18 years of age to be a User of the Platform.

 2 Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Limitations on Use. By registering for participation in an OEX Platform you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your access link and/or code.

2.2 Disruptive Conduct: You acknowledge and agree that OEX reserves the right to remove you from the Platform if OEX, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the Platform or the enjoyment of the Platform content by other Users. 

2.3 Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping: Users may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions or events on the Platform without the express consent of OEX and any other subject matter stakeholder. 

 3 Fees and Registration

3.1 Payment: the payment of any applicable fee for subscribing and using the Platform is due upon respective registration. If such payment of a Subscriber (a User who is registered to use the platform) is insufficient or declined for any reason OEX may refuse to allow the Subscriber to access the Platform and shall have no liability in that regard. 

3.2 Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except as otherwise expressly provided herein. The Platform Subscription Fee must be paid by Subscriber in full prior to the Platform access.

4 Cancellation and Quality Assurance

4.1 If the Platform is interrupted or interfered with by virtue of any cause, this Agreement may forthwith be terminated or cancelled by OEX without OEX being liable in damages or otherwise to the User or Subscriber. OEX shall also not be responsible for delays, claims, demands, damages, losses, increased costs, liabilities, changes, actions, expenses or any other unfavorable direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise conditions arising by virtue of any cause not within the control of OEX. Upon termination or cancellation as aforesaid, OEX shall not be liable to a Subscriber other than for a refund of the contract price paid by the User prorated on the basis of the number of event days remaining.

5 Platform Registration Confirmation

5.1 Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your Platform email(s) are caught by spam filters.

5.2 You will receive essential information for registered Users electronically at the email address and mailing address that are provided on your registration form.

6 Privacy Policy

6.1 Personal Data

6.1 “Personal Data” is any information that enables us to identify you, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as your name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors specific to your physical or social identity.

6.2 You will find all details of how Personal Data are used, transmitted, analysed and processed in our Online Expos LLC (OEX) Privacy Policy which you can read and download on our website or which we shall send you on your request to This email address is being protected from spambots. 6.3 We will never sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties without your opt-in consent.

6.2 Non-Personal Data

6.2.1 We may collect and process the following Non-Personal Data that is sent to us automatically by your web browser and we may use this information to generate aggregate statistics about visitors to our Site, including, without limitation:

IP addresses

Browser type and plug-in details

Device type (e.g., desktop, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.)

Operating system

Local time zone

6.3 Transfer of Personal Data outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and international users

We are headquartered in the United States. Although our Sourcehere.com servers are located in the EU (Ireland), your Personal Data may be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States or to our affiliates, partners, merchants, or service providers who are located worldwide. All data collected by OEX from the Platform is processed, handled and stored in a secure ISO 2001 certified facility. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the United States, be aware that your information may be transferred to the United States. By registering on the Platform, you consent to any transfer of this information.

6.4 Links to third party sites and services

Our Sites may contain links to third party websites, applications and services not operated by us. These links are provided as a service and do not imply any endorsement by us of the activities or content of these sites, applications or services nor any association with their operators. OEX is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third-party including websites or services directly linked to our Service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site that you link from our Service.

6.5 Your rights

6.5.1 Correction and removal: If any of the information that we have about you is incorrect, or you wish to have information (including Personal Data) removed from our records, you may do so by contacting us at This email address is being protected from spambots. 6.6 Your European rights

6.6.1 FOR EUROPEAN RESIDENTS ONLY. You have the right to ask us not to process your Personal Data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your Personal Data) if we intend to use your Personal Data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your Personal Data. 6.6.2 Under European data protection law, in certain circumstances, you have the right to:

6.7 Your communications on the Platform

6.7.1 Chat service: the contents of your Chat messages are NOT moderated. It is a professional service where all parties involved participate voluntarily and in professional manner, see below: Ombudsman. Notwithstanding the above OEX reserves the right to take appropriate action against any abuse or misuse or harmful conduct by someone using our Services - for example, removing content, blocking access to certain features, disabling an account, or contacting law enforcement.

6.7.2 Messaging Ombudsman: If you witness suspicious, dangerous or abusive behavior by anyone on the Platform’s Messaging or Chat services, please report the behavior by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. 7 Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, the Platform content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Platform are owned by OEX, or the Platform exhibitors, sponsors or speakers presenting at the Platform. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Platform, in any Platform content or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Platform for any reason without the prior written permission of OEX and the IP owner respectively.

7.2 For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by OEX or any of its affiliates; nor does this Agreement grant to you any right or license to any other intellectual property rights of OEX or its affiliates, all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of OEX and its affiliates.

8 Use of Logo and other Branded Material by OEX

If you are an Exhibitor, Sponsor, or other material Contributor to the SOURCEHERE platform, you explicitly authorize OEX to use your name, logo and/or trademark, or other branded material that you have made available on the platform without notice to or additional consent by you, in connection with certain specific promotional materials that OEX may disseminate to the public. The promotional materials may include, but are not limited to, newsletters, brochures, video tape, internet websites, press releases, advertising in newspaper and/or other periodicals, and any other materials relating the fact that you are a participant in the Platform, and such materials may be developed, disseminated and used without your review. Nothing herein obligates OEX to use your name, logo and/or trademark, or other branded materials in any promotional materials of OEX.

9 Compliance with Laws

While using the Platform, and for the duration of the User’s Usership on the Platform, User agrees to comply with all applicable laws governing online content and conduct. User will refrain from abuse, bullying or other forms of abuse.

10 Cookies

 10.1 Definition of Cookies:  Cookies and similar technologies are very small text documents or pieces of code that often contain a unique identification code. When you visit a website or use a mobile application, a computer asks your computer or mobile device for permission to save this file on your computer or mobile device and gain access to information. Information collected through cookies and similar technologies may include the date and time of the visit and how you use a particular website or mobile application.  10.2 Why do we use cookies:  Cookies make sure that during your visit of our online shop you remain logged in, all items remain stored in your shopping cart, you can shop safely and the website keeps running smoothly. The cookies also ensure that we can see how our website is used and how we can improve it. 11 Exhibitor and Company-Uploaded Content

11.1 Responsibility for Uploaded Content: By uploading or submitting any content (including but not limited to company information, product descriptions, data sheets, images, logos, videos, and other materials) to the Platform, the User (including exhibitors, sponsors, and companies) guarantees that they have full rights and necessary permissions to use, distribute, and display all such content.

11.2 Third-Party Rights: The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the content they upload does not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary rights. The User must ensure that any images, media, or materials uploaded to the Platform have the proper usage licenses or permissions from the rightful owner.

11.3 Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify and hold Online Expos LLC (OEX), its affiliates, partners, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to any third-party claim that the content uploaded by the User infringes on any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of a third party.

11.4: Content Moderation and Removal: OEX reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content uploaded to the Platform that violates these Terms or infringes upon any third-party rights. However, OEX assumes no responsibility for monitoring all content on the Platform.

11.5 User Warranty: By submitting content to the Platform, the User represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share such content on the Platform, and that it complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
