In July 2020, KROSYS entered the Anti-Roll Tank (ART) system business by acquiring Pyeonghwa Engineering, a Korean company with a long-standing history and proven expertise in ART technology. While ART systems serve a similar purpose to fin stabilizers, they utilize a different mechanism. The system is composed of duct gates, air valves, and hydraulic units, which are precisely controlled in timed cycles to effectively reduce roll motion during vessel operation. The Kavro ACH 1038-T is a quantum leap in tactical and uniform head protection against Level Ill projectiles & fragments. Developed with new-gen materials & powered by Macromatrix Ultra Technology for excellent mechanical rigidity, the helmet shell can resist rifle ammunition ranging from 7.62 x 39 mm MSC (AK-47), with a BHBT of max. 25 mm. Besides high-energy projectiles, it also offers superior protection from high-speed fragments with a V50 greater than 1100 m/s (17 gr. Fragment).
