This Harbor Tug is an advanced Azimuth Stern Drive (ASD) Tug designed to support a wide range of port and harbor operations with high maneuverability and multi-role functionality. Primary Function: The main role of this ASD Tug is to assist vessels during berthing and unberthing operations at the harbor. Its agile design allows it to operate effectively in confined port areas, ensuring safe navigation for larger ships. Towing and Escorting Capabilities: Equipped with winches located at both the bow and stern, this tug is built for towing and escort services. It provides excellent control and flexibility in guiding vessels through narrow or congested waterways. Firefighting Operations: The tug is capable of performing firefighting duties, featuring a propulsion system with 360-degree azimuthal rotation for precise movement and positioning during emergency situations. Oil Spill Response: The vessel can also be deployed for oil spill containment and recovery operations, contributing to environmental protection and marine pollution control. 360° Visibility: The wheelhouse (bridge) offers a full 360-degree field of view, including overhead visibility, enhancing safety and situational awareness for operators during complex maneuvers.
